Yesterday I took the day off for a little self care because we are open on Saturday 10-5 and it's in the Valley! So it's going to be busy! But, a gentle reminder that rest is also a part of health and it is so important!
So how are you taking it slow? Are you walking barefoot in the garden? Are you sitting on the rocks on the river? Are you being present in the every day moments? Are you appreciating the beauty of nature around you? Are you eating lunch outside in the sun? Are you enjoying quality conversations and being intentional with the people around you? Did you give someone a hug today? Are you stopping and smelling the roses? No, it's not another checklist, but ideas of how to truly *live.*
