Busy group practice providing behavioral / mental health services to individuals, families, and groups with three locations in the Pittsburgh area (Carnegie, North Hills, and Swissvale).

Our clinicians are independent contractors who create their own flexible schedules and can work at any of our three locations.

We seek dedicated and skilled practitioners to join our dynamic team.

Must have a license to practice, carry malpractice insurance, and ideally be credentialed with behavioral health payors.

Many insurances continue to permit telehealth services and most are still covering co-insurances. A number of our clinicians are also offering in person appointments.

Remember your employer may also offer an EAP to you which often includes a number of free sessions.

Remember that many employers provide Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
What are they?

An employee assistance program (EAP) is an employee benefit program that assists employees with personal problems and/or work-related problems that may impact their job performance, health, mental and emotional well-being. EAPs generally offer free and confidential assessments, short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up services for employees. EAP counselors may also work in a consultative role with managers and supervisors to address employee and organizational challenges and needs. Many corporations, academic institution and/or government agencies are active in helping organizations prevent and cope with workplace violence, trauma, and other emergency response situations.

ICA accepts many EAPs.
