Another exciting program starting this week is the Lost Sauna Wellness Series! This unique event series will kick off this Sunday at 9 a.m. (rain, snow, or shine!) at the North Tahoe Event Center. Featuring Nolan Kiyoshi Kim, a Wim Hof Method Certified Instructor. Come learn the through a guided breathing workshop, then take a in the lake, and finish with by relaxing in the Lost Sauna Co lakeside mobile sauna.
