🗓️ A Helpful Reminder About Appointments! As we move into the busy holiday and year-end season, now is a great time to make sure any medical, dental, vision, or therapy appointments for your loved one are scheduled and up-to-date before benefit dollars reset or insurance plans change.

At TCMCC, many of our residents regularly attend appointments outside the facility — and our team is here to help make the process smooth and coordinated (including transportation arrangements). If your loved one has an upcoming appointment or needs one scheduled, please reach out to our staff. We’re here to support every step of the way and ensure residents receive the care they need. 💙

Our costume winners are officially tallied! Ostriches won the 'Most Creative Costume', our very own CNO, Mandy Palmer, won the 'Funniest Costume' being Pouty Baby Jack Jack from the Incredibles, the social services team won the 'Scariest Costume' as the Sanderson Sisters and Binx, and last but not least....the Restorative team won the 'Best Decorations' for their corn maze theme! Thank you to everyone who participated 👏

Think soft sweaters, zip-up sweatshirts, comfy cardigans, and warm socks. It is also great to provide winter coats, hats, gloves, and boots — perfect for layering and staying snug during special outings.
