Caroga Yoga

Seasonal Yoga Studio, located in the old jammer. Come enjoy quiet space to reflect in and enhance your yoga practice. All levels and ages are welcome.

Caroga Yoga was founded in 2014, it is the perfect place to escape the busy bustle of the day to day and just relax. Come practice breathing, guided meditation and stretching. Kids yoga is also offered on Wed from 10:00-11:00AM

Saturday a class is offered at Pine Lake Park 9:00-10:00AM

Exciting news! The Amsterdam Elks Lodge 101, is being so generous and is providing a space for us to come together for a Gentle Yoga Class.

Instead of payment please bring a non perishable food item that will be donated to the local food pantry.
