Developing athletic skills is about WAY more than sports performanceโ€”itโ€™s about building a foundation for physical and emotional strength that lasts a lifetime.

At KidStrong, our movement-based challenges during the KidStrong Fall Challenge help kids develop the next level of coordination, strength and resilienceโ€”all while having a whole lot of fun.
