We are currently seeking for an Medical Office Manager to maintain efficient day-to-day operations of the medical office, meet profitability goals, improve provider and patient satisfaction, and contribute to market growth and development.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the medical office including staff, patient retention, scheduling patient treatment plan, billing and collections
Maintain efficient customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and physician relationship
Ability to influence/gain patients commitment to complete treatment; Ability to talk financials with patient; Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours and days; Monday-Saturday
Assist with strategic planning and resource allocation
Provide monthly reporting with recommendations or action plans on any issues; interpret financial reports/data to effectively manage the office and inform physicians about the business
Manage staff, coaching, including interviewing, hiring, perform employee annual performance, etc. for staff
