A couple of weeks ago, I shared an article about the benefits of Nordic walking — and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since!

By simply adding walking poles, you can activate up to 90% of your muscles, burn more calories, and take pressure off your joints. It’s a perfect mix of strength training, cardio, and low-impact movement — all while enjoying the outdoors. 🌲💪🏼

Reading that article brought back memories of my own Nordic walking adventure last September. What a great time! If you’ve never tried it, I highly recommend giving it a go. 🚶‍♀️✨
