Please join us in congratulating this month's Westside Way Award winner for Growth, Elmhurst OT Casey Fisher! 🎉

Representing the first pillar of Westside's G.R.E.A.T. Outcomes, the Growth Award honors someone who helps foster our feedback-driven culture built on continuous improvement. Starting out her Westside journey as an RBT, she has since grown into a provider who builds strong relationships with her families and develops innovative, evidence-based ways to engage with her patients.

"One highlight is that recently, she has a patient with autism and had very limited interests besides watching Ms. Rachel," said her nominator, Regional OT Director Nimisha Perumpel. "Casey printed out pictures of Ms. Rachel and hung them on the swing so the patient could work on reaching and visual-motor integration."
