I am happy to announce that I have recently completed my certification with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and will be adding their Assessment Screen to the list of services that I provide. The screen is a simple test to quickly evaluate a golfer's physical capabilities. The results are used to determine how technical elements of the player’s swing could be related to what their body can or cannot do. Once this screen is finished, the results are used to create a plan unique for that golfer. The plan may include fitness training and/or physical therapy treatment. I will be also be partnering with PGA Head Golf Professional to provide his technical expertise related to all things golf. Sometimes you have to go backwards to go forward. The sn**ch has been my nemesis since starting at . I am grateful for the excellent coaches that have helped me over the past two years try to deconstruct this lift and get me to stop over thinking it (, Brock and to name a few)
Time to put the ego aside, lower the weight and revisit the basics.
