Situated by the sea in Carolina Beach, NC, Salty Dog is a welcoming yoga studio with a laid back island vibe. We are passionate about yoga, wellness, play and the great outdoors. From the unique workshops that we offer to the regular classes on our schedule, we seek ways to connect and inspire our community. We don’t confine our practice to the four walls of a studio, we enjoy taking our practice out to the beach, the park and other local surroundings. At Salty Dog, our yoga practice doesn’t end when we step off the mat, that is just the beginning. We believe service to be an integral part of the yogic path and participate in philanthropic opportunities throughout the year that are near and dear to our hearts, supporting our local community and beyond.

We invite you to come join us, kick off your shoes, take some deep breaths, leave with some new found friends and a full cup.
