We’d like to take a moment to introduce the newest member of our growing team, Amanda Sanchez!

Since obtaining her massage therapy license in 2017, Amanda has since worked to expand her knowledge of various massage modalities to work with a range of clients' needs. She uses techniques such as Swedish massage and trigger point therapy to provide therapeutic sessions that foster relaxation while efficiently addressing muscular restrictions and areas of tension. Amanda has continued her education in therapies such as prenatal massage, cupping therapy, Himalayan salt stone therapy and Arvigo Abdominal Therapy.

She's currently available Monday's from 12pm - 6pm and Thursday's from 2pm - 8pm.
