Slow Flow Series: Grounding Into Winter

Join me for a gentle, grounding series blending Hatha, somatic movement, breathwork, and yin as we transition into winter. Each class invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm of rest and renewal.

Did you know that our Zumba classes, led by Michelle, take place every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9am, with her infectious passion? Non-members are welcome to join for a $10 class fee.

Hello beautiful friends . Our classes at 11am on M/W/F are filling up our new system is get there early and get a ticket to guarantee your spot!!! Also next week those classes will be video only as our instructor is out of town . Thank you all for your local support and taking care of yourself!
