So for those of you looking at age well calendar there is no chair yoga next week . Also my strength training classes on Wednesday and mondays are pretty consistently full so arrive early to get a ticket for seat guaranteed. Also I have added some fun new moves and I’m happy to say we have bumped up the reps as well. So we will be getting our sweat on!!!

If you have an issue with parking lot 1 in carpinteria as I do with my disabled clients not being able to roll a walker safely across the bumpy rough asphalt and no stripes to be able to see designated spots please inform the city of carpinteria , I have contacted them several times and nothing has been done . The public safety of my senior community is always my priority!

Thank you all for showing up today another full class of 50 ,a reminder to show up at least 20 minutes before class to increase your chance of getting a seat it is 1st come first serve, at my discretion with advanced notice I will make accommodations for those with a disability by reserving a seat for you in the front . But you still must arrive no later than 15 before start of class.

Again so blessed to have another full class today at veterans memorial building. A gentle reminder arrive at least 15 minutes early to increase your chances of a seat we were full 5 minutes before start time 11am . And unfortunately said No to a few people . It is a first come first serve class and we do not allow seat saving .
