Triangle Wellness Counseling, PLLC I am a licensed professional counselor practicing in Orange County, North Carolina. My goal is to empower each one of my client's!

I have extensive experience assisting families and couples with marital discord, behavioral issues, communication breakdowns, and parent-child conflict. My areas of interest include mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorders, childhood trauma, anxiety disorders, attention disorders, and behavior disorders. My goal is to empower each one of my client's by creating a non-judgmental therapeutic environment that respects their dignity and self-worth. Therapy provides the opportunity for growth, self-discovery and insight in the context of a safe, supportive environment. Therapy often leads to better relationships, solutions to specific problems, significant reductions in feelings of distress, and an overall improved well-being. Additionally, I have nearly 20 years of professional experience working with children, adolescents, and families as both an educator and mental health professional.
