Currently seeking a conscientious and detailed oriented Medical Assistant to join our team. Candidate must be able to multi task and be a team player. Qualified applicant will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and be eager to work directly with patient's, as well as providers. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about working in a fast paced primary care office, and do not have any existing commitments outside of work. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-2.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patient's for provider by intaking patient's and reviewing medications, history and vital signs.
-Prepare patient for examination by physician.
-Order and track laboratory test and x-rays.
-Manage patient information.
-Document Patient information in a timely matter (At time of service)
-In house lab testing, Injections and EKG's.
-Assist doctor during examination.

Qualifications:
-Medical administrative support (Cross train front desk)
-Proficiency in EHR systems and medical terminology.
-Strong communication skills and empathy for others.
-Knowledge and vital signs monitoring.

💎 After-Hours Appointments (5:30 PM and later)
Now require a $50 deposit to schedule. These exclusive time slots are limited and in high demand.

– Deposits go toward your treatment cost.
– No-shows will forfeit the deposit and will be required to submit a new one to rebook.
