The County will be working on North Hill Dr West on Monday, July 7. They are going to start replacing culverts on the back side of the street and at times the road will be closed. It mainly will be past Long Lake. They are going to try and let the morning traffic out before they start. Work will start at 8:30am. It's not going to be an all day closure, but will be closed at some points during the day.

If you own property in North Hill Subdivision or rent a house here, and haven't already registered please do so at northhillcarriere.com. Our community site will only have members that own property and/or live here. For privacy and security reasons we will be using our community site going forward for communication with owners and issues that pertain to our subdivision.

Want to thank everyone who helped trim the front entrance as well as decorated for Memorial Day. The entrance looks great!!

We are scheduled to have a meeting it Italian Grill on April 24 from 6-8. This meeting has been set so that we can discuss the election of board members that have shown interest in helping with board duties.

Once we have the board members elected we will schedule another meeting where we will discuss budgets and other board duties.

We would like to thank the ladies/gentlemen that spent time decorating the front entrance to North Hill. It looks great. We hope to continue this throughout the upcoming holidays.

We are now accepting volunteers/ nominees to join the North Hill POA. This is a volunteer position and no compensation will be made. We are looking for at least 3 people to fill the open positions but would love to have more. Please email the board at northhillcarriere@gmail.com if interested.

We are in the process of scheduling the annual meeting and hope to have details about that soon.

An update on the repairs to Long Lake

The county has their road crews very busy trying to repair washed out roads throwing the county but they have assessed the damage and ordered materials for repairs
