This was our last time we were all at 608 N Court location. Bittersweet for sure. We will open Monday morning, March 6th at our new location, 508 N Court. We can’t wait to welcome everyone there!

We are blessed with the best around here! Kelly has put in many hours building her team in Carroll for the waiver homes. This month, Kelly opened her third house, and with grit and determination, she has been SO successful! Kelly’s staff sent her thank you balloons, flowers, candy, and a candle to show their appreciation! These little things make all the blood, sweat, and tears worth it!! Way to go, Kelly!! And thank you to the sweet staff that sent this! ♥️

We are moving! Please excuse all our boxes as we get ready for our move to our new location. 508 North Court St. Suite #2 Carroll Iowa. (the old news paper office) Our office will be closed from February 27th to March 3rd for our move. We will open again for normal business on March 6th at our new location!

Caring Hearts is very fortunate to be moving into a new office! With the additional space, we are in search of an office manager! This qualified candidate must be available to work 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Friday. This unique position will be the face of Caring Hearts by greeting individuals when they visit! Qualifications include experience in Microsoft Office, HCBS waiver experience, understanding of phone systems, general knowledge of outside of agency resources in our community, and office machines. Qualified candidates must be organized, have great time management skills, ability to multitask, outgoing, patient, have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and flexible. This qualified candidate must be able to work with diverse people in our community. Some job duties will include answering phones and having appropriate telephone etiquette.
