This is the reality of competition preparation. Many individuals mistakenly believe they should experience rapid weight loss in a short period. Left is February 20th at 169lbs. Right is May 10th at 153.2lbs. 16lbs in 2.5 months. This is the outcome when you trust your coach. There is an abundance of information available from various fitness influencers. Take it from me, Chris is exceptionally knowledgeable in health and fitness. We do not prepare for a local competition merely to qualify; we prepare to win. We maintain discipline and work equally hard, if not harder, for national competitions. This is the result of adhering to the plan and staying the course. If the scale is not reflecting weight loss when following the plan, it indicates a lack of adherence. The scale does not deceive, nor does one's physique. Stay the course, remain disciplined, and maintain consistency. Your body is your most valuable vehicle; would you use substandard fuel?
