New Hope

New Hope is a Carroll, Iowa, based non-profit dedicated to enriching the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.

New Hope offers both residential and vocational services to adults with disabilities in a variety of services. New Hope is a 501(c)(3) organization that offers both residential and vocational services to adults with disabilities in a variety of settings. New Hope brings the comfort and contentment of home to roughly 200 persons with disabilities. The combination of strong leadership, dedicated staff members, caring volunteers and generous donors are the hallmark of the quality services available at New Hope. Here, individuals are treated with respect and dignity, given the chance to fulfill their dreams, discover new opportunity and enjoy an atmosphere with caring support. Individuals served include a variety of adults whose independent living, employment, personal, social or functional development is challenged by an intellectual disability, developmental disability and/or brain injury. The variety of programs at New Hope enables clients to live with purpose and self-fulfillment, and to acquire and maintain the skills necessary for personal growth. Each person served has an individualized program based on his/her needs. New Hope does just what the name promises — offers "new hope" and enhances the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.

💙 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓! 🌈
This bright and joy-filled event brought together more than 200 participants, including individuals from our Community Living Homes, Connections (Day Hab), Employment Services, and Campus programs, for a celebration of fun, inclusion, and connection.
The day kicked off with a welcome from CEO Jenn Quigley and a burst of confetti 🎉 before participants, paired with staff and volunteers, took laps around the Activity Building. Along the way, they were showered with bubbles, confetti, and colorful stickers, while cheerful chalk messages like and Good Vibes Only lined the sidewalks thanks to our local Scouts.
After the walk, everyone enjoyed frozen yogurt from Culver’s 🍦 and wrapped up the afternoon with a lively round of Superhero Bingo 🦸‍♂️ complete with prizes for all!
A huge thank you to Outlaw Graphics for donating 120 neon yellow shirts 👕 and to everyone who helped make this celebration possible. Events like these remind us that when we come together, inclusion is a reality. 💛🧡💙

It was the perfect way to celebrate our incredible team and their families — the heart of everything we do. 💙 Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the night so special!

Some of our individuals spent a recent day exploring the orchard and all that comes with it: apples, pumpkins, and tractor rides. 🍂 Smiles, laughter, and good memories made it a perfect outing! We’re grateful for these opportunities to get out in the community and make life sweet—one adventure at a time. 💛

☀️💙 Fun day at the park! Some of the people we serve spent a recent afternoon at Kellan’s Kingdom in Carroll, and it was smiles all around. From the merry-go-round to the zip line, bags, bocce ball, hula hoops, football toss, and even a little backyard-style badminton — there was something for everyone to enjoy! 🏐🏈
We ended the day the best way possible… with popsicles for all. 🍧 A perfect summer day filled with laughter, friendship, and fresh air. 🌳💛
