We’re extending a heartfelt thank you to our friends at Carroll SuperDraft for their generous support of our cancer community.

They recently donated $1,000 toward our upcoming Cancer Survivorship Day on June 8. This event helps us celebrate and honor the strength and resilience of cancer survivors in our community.

They also supported local cancer families this past holiday season as Holiday Helpers, generously donating $1,500 to bring comfort to families during a difficult time.

We are incredibly grateful for partners like SuperDraft, who help make a meaningful difference in the lives of the patients and families we serve. Thank you for your kindness and generosity!

🚧 Construction Update! 🚧

Beginning tomorrow, the south corridor of the hospital, from radiology to the laboratory, will not be accessible for approximately one month’s time. Employees will be available to assist patients in navigating through the hospital.

🚑 Key Updates for Patients and Visitors Direct Admits/Emergency Department:

This will not affect the Emergency/Admitting entrance in any way. For emergencies, always report to the Emergency Department. Direct admission patients will enter through the Emergency/Admitting entrance and register at patient registration. A St. Anthony employee will assist them to their next destination.

🔬Laboratory Patients:

From 6 a.m. – 3 p.m. patients can register at the St. Anthony Clinic for labs. After 3 p.m., patients must register at patient registration (enter through Emergency/Admitting entrance). Patients will then be assisted to the laboratory or labs will be drawn in the emergency department based on staffing.

🩻 Radiology Patients:

Will experience no changes. Patients should continue to register at patient registration (enter through Emergency/Admitting entrance).

🩺 Clinic Patients:

Will experience no changes. Patients should register at the clinic and enter through the blue canopy entrance on the east side of the first floor of the hospital.

During weekends and after hours (9 p.m. – 5 a.m.), all patients should enter through the emergency/admitting entrance.

All external vendors and community partners have been notified of these updates to ensure continuity of care and services.

We appreciate the patience and cooperation of our patients, visitors, and community as we complete this important campus-wide improvement effort.

Always Look to the Cross...Always St. Anthony

St. Anthony Regional Hospital is a 99-bed facility with a connected 79-bed nursing home. St. Anthony Regional Hospital & Nursing Home is proud of its rich history, which dates back to 1905 when Reverend Joseph Kuemper founded the hospital, with the help of the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration, from La Crosse, Wisconsin. Today, St. Anthony Regional Hospital, along with its medical staff, serves communities in West Central Iowa.

Patients at St. Anthony Regional Hospital have access to physicians in many specialties, state-of-the-art equipment, and up-to-date treatment procedures. Cost-effective care is provided in an atmosphere which reflects the institution’s Franciscan heritage and the values of the healing ministry of Christ, quality, patient/customer satisfaction, integrity, and high-performance standards. Emphasis is placed on patient services, rehabilitation, education, and wellness, recognizing an individual’s physical, spiritual, and psychosocial needs.

The hospital is a member of the American Hospital Association and the Iowa Hospitals Association and has been designated as one of sixteen regional hospitals in Iowa by the Iowa State Department of Health.
