Energetic sovereignty is the practice of coming home to yourself.
It’s the moment you realize: I don’t have to absorb what isn’t mine.
I can witness someone else’s fear, anger, grief, or chaos… without making it my responsibility.

Sovereignty isn’t being cold or closed off. It’s being clear.
Clear in your boundaries. Clear in your yes. Clear in your no.
Clear enough to love people without leaking yourself dry.

If you’ve been feeling heavy, scattered, or “off”… try this:
Hand on heart. Hand on belly. Slow breath.
Say it out loud: “I release what isn’t mine. I call my energy back.”
And then listen to how your body exhales.

Today is a sweet reminder that animals feel energy deeply—sometimes more honestly than we do. Reiki is a gentle way to offer calm, comfort, and support to the pets (and animals) who love us through everything.
Whether it’s a hand on their heart, a quiet moment together, or distance Reiki sent with pure intention—may every creature feel safe, held, and loved today.

Today was a wonderful day—full of beautiful, steady energy. 🤍✨ I hosted a few dear friends for a Level 1 Reiki class, and when I tell you it was beautiful… I mean it.

There was so much softness in the room—deep breaths, gentle moments of connection, and that quiet kind of peace that settles in when people feel safe, supported, and open. Watching each person step into their own healing journey (and remembering that first “click” of Reiki for myself) was honestly sacred.

I’m sitting in so much gratitude tonight—for the trust, the laughter, the openness, the tenderness… and for the privilege of holding space while the light in each of us remembers how to shine.

My heart is full. Thank you for being here, for choosing healing, and for letting this journey be something we do together. 🌿
