✨ Mind absolutely blown by my Ma’heo’o Reiki experience. ✨

Traci Gallagher with A Sacred Sanctuary created the most perfect, sacred space — one where I was given the grace to fully feel, be held, and open myself to the beauty of sacred symbols and deep attunement.

This experience was beyond learning… it was remembrance, connection, and profound spiritual expansion. The connection with Great Spirit, the elements, and the wisdom woven through every moment was absolutely incredible.

Traci is a truly remarkable teacher who carries a light so genuine, powerful, and palpable that you feel it in every part of the experience.

I am overflowing with gratitude for her guidance, this path, and all that has been awakened within me. Now begins the beautiful work of integration — honoring these teachings and walking forward with deeper intention.

had a client recently share how hard it is to love the parts seen as “imperfections.”

And I think so many of us quietly carry that.

The truth is… you don’t walk into this work already loving yourself.
Most people don’t.

Sometimes you come in tired of the inner dialogue.
Tired of picking yourself apart.
Tired of feeling like you’re not quite enough.

And that’s where we begin.

Reiki isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about creating space —
space for your body to relax,
your mind to quiet,
and for you to meet yourself a little more gently.

I always say… you don’t have to force self-love.
You can grow into it.

And that growth? It’s real.
You feel it in your body. In your breath. In the way you start to soften toward yourself.

Wherever you are in your journey… you’re allowed to be there 🤍✨
