Welcome to Live Young Wellness Spa: an award winning, veteran owned medspa with locations in Flower Mound and Castle Hills (Carrollton) TX. We are owned and under the medical direction of J. Drew Sanderson MD, a board certified plastic surgeon. Life is unbelievably short and all too often in middle-age we begin to gain weight, have less energy, start taking one or more prescription drugs, all while tasks we used to handle with ease become more and more difficult, if not impossible. In short, we begin to look tired and feel worn. Our goal at Live Young Wellness Spa is to reverse this trend allowing one to continue to live life to the fullest every minute of every day or to put it another way… Look Young, Feel Young, Live Young! How do we reach the goal? Well, we use a team approach. Your journey will start with us with one or two initial consultations. You will do an initial hormone consult with one of our medical providers, get lab work drawn and finish with a skin care consult with one or our aestheticians. This gives us our starting point and an objective baseline. You will then get a personalized plan for your journey including a varying combination of hormone replacement therapy, a skin care plan, an exercise regimen, and a follow up time to begin your journey.

We want to personally share that our Castle Hills location will be closing in April 2026. While this chapter is coming to a close, we are excited to continue serving you at our main office in Flower Mound — offering expanded services and advanced treatments at the same membership price.

✔ Membership pricing stays the same
✔ Credits transfer to Flower Mound
✔ Krisie will be joining the Flower Mound team

You’ll also gain access to additional services including PRF add-ons, OxyGlo Facial, Tattoo Removal, and Vaginal Rejuvenation.

If you do not wish to transition to Flower Mound, all remaining credits must be used by April 1, 2026. To schedule at Castle Hills before closing, please call (972) 492-1001.

We’re thrilled to once again be a Sadie’s Sleigh Drop-Off Location this year, and we are now accepting donations until December 12th! 🎁

The was started in 2016 by Sadie and her family after she was diagnosed with leukemia at just seven years old. In 2015, Sadie began her toy drive, Sadie’s Sleigh, and since then, tens of thousands of toys have been collected for pediatric oncology patients across North Texas—bringing joy to children in the hospital during the holidays. The drive has now spread across Texas, Florida, Chicago, Philadelphia, and beyond.

We’re inviting patients and friends to drop off new, unwrapped toys for kids ages 1 month–19 years at our office. Every donation helps put smiles on the faces of childhood cancer fighters this holiday season.

Let’s come together to make a difference and spread some holiday magic! ✨
