Are You Still Training Like You’re 30… in Your 50s?

Because I’m not. And that shift has made all the difference.

In my 50s, I had to let go of the ego, respect recovery, and train with purpose over pride. Here’s what a typical week looks like now:

📍 Morning Routine
My day starts with a 30-minute walk in nature —
✅ Clears the mind
✅ Strengthens the legs
✅ Sets the tone for the day

💪 Workout Adjustments
• Full-body training 3 days/week
• No more 5-day splits
• Targeted sessions for:
• Core
• Glutes
• Medius, adductors, abductors

🏃‍♂️ Cardio Rotation
• Treadmill: 2x/week
• Stair stepper: 2x/week
• AM walks: 3x/week

🍽️ Nutrition Plan
• 160g protein/day (goal weight)
• Keep carbs under 75g/day
• Don’t track fat — I just don’t add any

🧠 Supplement Support
