✨ Provider Spotlight ✨
Meet Dr. Rhonda Rogers, a dermatologist who planted roots in Carrollton back in 1983 — and never left.
Dr. Rogers grew up in Newnan, GA, where her own pediatricians, Drs. Nat and Howard Glover, sparked her passion for medicine at a time when women made up less than 10% of all physicians. She went on to earn her BS in chemistry at Mercer University, then attended the Medical College of Georgia alongside her husband and best friend, cardiologist Dr. William Rogers. After completing her Dermatology residency at MCG — where she also completed two years of Internal Medicine — she opened her practice in Carrollton and has been serving this community ever since.
For Dr. Rogers, practicing medicine where she lives has been one of the greatest blessings of her career. Her patients are her neighbors and friends, and she’s never been more than five minutes away when they needed her — even on weekends.
When she’s not with patients, you’ll find her running, curled up with a good book, baking something delicious, or doing her absolute favorite thing: spending time with her grandchildren. 🤍
👏 We are so proud to have Dr. Rogers as part of the West Georgia Dermatology family — her dedication to this community is truly one of a kind.
