Your Melody Move with heart. Energetic stretching that tunes you into your melody—with breath, presence, and a spark of joy. 🎶💛 It's been a lot of fun.

I am a Georgia native and currently reside in Florida. My sons are grown independent men and I am proud to say we have a healthy interdependent relationship. I've been single since 2014 and have used this time to travel and discover aspect of myself in different settings. The biggest trip was 2 weeks in Bali where I attended Bali Spirit Festival and enhanced my yoga meditation practices. I carry t

hese experiences and the things I've learned into my teaching to provide the best experience for my clients. I don't consider myself a traditional yogi. In teacher training, while others did their routine to soft meditation music, I did the sound track to Eat Pray Love. I like to incorporate the love of music as it helps connect to the inner Being and it move the body. Just like dancing in a club, without the alcohol, just the natural high of life. I invite all to come play with me, experience the joy of movement and enhance physical performance, not by force but with joy.

Psoas muscle tension
When the psoas muscle is tense, it can pinch the sciatic nerve. Proper stretching can heal it. Mine did!
