Our team is taking the next step in strengthening patient safety at CCMH. 💙
Brittany, Michaela, and Michelle led the kickoff for the I-PASS Patient Safety Initiative, a program focused on improving communication among caregivers and ensuring safer, more effective patient care.

Developed in partnership with the Kentucky Hospital Association, this three-year initiative will help reduce medical errors and strengthen our commitment to quality care.

We’re proud to partner with the Kentucky Hospital Association on this statewide effort to make care even safer for our patients.

The students were on-site this week for their first visit, and we can’t wait to welcome them back for the next two! 💙
