What are the different ways you can use essential oils? 🌿

The 3 best ways you can use essential oils are aromatically, topically, & internally.

Some of my personal favorite ways to use my dōTERRA oils are diffusing them in my diffusers, adding a couple of drops to my lotions, & putting 2-5 drops in my water daily.

I was miserable & there was NO WAY I was leaving my house without makeup on!

In 2018, my acne was awful. I had never experienced any type of acne in my life…until I turned 19. I was devastated to be dealing with it at the age I was. I tried almost every kind of face wash and skin care regimens from local stores that I could get my hands on.

I was finally introduced to dōTERRA’s HD Clear Skin Care, Verage Skin Care, & Essential Skin Care. I started using HD Clear first because it was specifically for acne-prone skin, as well as taking the Lifelong Vitality Supplements. Approximately 2 months later (last photo), my skin cleared & I gained my confidence back!

Why did I choose dōTERRA? 🌿

There are many reasons I chose to use dōTERRA’s products & start a career with them, but if I could sum them all up into 2 words they would be, transparency & genuine.
