This is the kind of impact that creates real change. 🙏

If we want change, we have to BE the change and that’s exactly what is happening through Maternal Peer Support. 💙

In observance of Memorial Day, our offices will be closed as we take time to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. 🇺🇸 Our support groups will still take place in the evening at their regularly scheduled times.

We are grateful for their courage, service, and sacrifice. Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day. ❤️🤍💙

🌄✨ Recovery is not “one size fits all.” 💚

One of the most beautiful things about recovery is that there are MANY different pathways people can take. What works for one person may not work for another — and that’s okay.

Many people “season” their recovery journey with different supports, tools, and communities throughout different seasons of life. Recovery is personal, and there is no wrong pathway if it is helping someone heal, grow, and stay alive.

Some examples of recovery pathways include:

✨ 12-Step Programs
• Alcoholics Anonymous (AA)
• Narcotics Anonymous (NA)
• Celebrate Recovery
• Al-Anon
• TraumAnon
• Codependents Anonymous (CoDA)
• Crystal M**h Anonymous (CMA)
• Gamblers Anonymous (GA)
• and more…

✨ Faith-Based Recovery
• Church communities
• Spiritual mentorship
• Christian recovery programs
• Prayer and scripture-based healing
• and more…

✨ Clinical & Therapeutic Recovery
• Individual therapy
• Group counseling
• Trauma therapy
• Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
• Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP)
• Residential treatment
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
• and more…

✨ Medication Assisted Recovery
• MAT/MOUD programs
• Psychiatric medication management
• Recovery supported by medical professionals
• and more…

✨ Peer & Community Support
• Certified Peer Specialists
• Recovery Community Organizations (RCOs)
• Recovery coaching / Peer Support
• Sober living environments
• Community support groups
• NAMI
• and more…

✨ Holistic & Wellness Approaches
• Exercise & fitness
• Yoga & meditation
• Nutrition
• Art & music therapy
• Journaling & mindfulness
• and more…

One of the biggest parts of what we do here is helping individuals FIND their pathway. Sometimes people come to us knowing exactly what they need. Other times, they simply know they are tired and want something different.

That’s okay too.

Our job is not to force one pathway on anyone — our job is to walk alongside people, connect them with resources, support them, and help them discover what recovery looks like for THEM.

Because recovery is possible. And there is hope for everyone. 💚
