This is the ultimate girl's weekend!

About 4 hours southwest of Dallas, you'll find a wine & coffee lovers dream in Fredericksburg, Texas. We’ll be staying in a cozy home with plenty of rustic and comfortable accommodations. You'll have a package choice between sleeping in the bunk room or a beautiful bedroom. There will be amazingly delicious food prepared, a guided mindfulness, yoga and hiking excursion led by Heather, all wrapped up with a wine tasting at a local winery. Morning coffee will be provided by Jennifer with D&J Coffee Roasters. Everything is taken care of!

Food, glorious food! We had yummy, yummy things to eat on our retreat. And we took care of our vegan friends as well, keeping food separate when needed and focusing on plant based recipes. That's not to say we didn't break into some salami, we did.

Just a few highlights from our Retreat to Broken Bow this weekend. It was an amazing weekend and we had a blast! Lots of food and fun and yoga and hikes and wine and new friends!

Yoga tonight was outside in the Community Garden at Aldersgate. It was just full of amazing people, bluebonnets and a friendly cricket. We took a look through the whole place where they require that half of your harvest is donated to those in need.

There will be amazingly delicious food prepared by Chrislyn, a guided mindfulness, yoga and hiking excursion led by Heather, all wrapped up with a wine tasting at a local winery. Everything is taken care of; the hardest decision you'll have to make is whether to sit by the fire pit before or after you sit in the hot tub.

Feeling those retreat vibes today. A question I get quite often from attendees is- But what if I don't normally do yoga, is that a big deal? Absolutely not. I always take a beat in order to assess everyone's comfort level and describe poses and positions. It really does just take a couple seconds to get everyone on the same page. Who knows, you might even like it! All levels welcome.

What an amazing retreat! We had so much fun celebrating with these ladies. We did everything including yoga, visiting a vineyard, eating amazing food, drinking delicious wine and staying at an amazing house. Don't miss the next one!
