When we asked about their favorite winter memories, they shared all the cozy classics ❄️—sled riding, snowball fights, and holiday moments made even better with comfort food like mac & cheese, chicken alfredo, and a warm bowl of broccoli & cheese soup. 🧀🥣

Meet Roxanne Thompson 💙

Roxanne has been a cherished resident here at Carroll for over 7 years, and she’s truly loved by both staff and fellow residents. She has a special way of welcoming new faces—always introducing herself and making everyone feel right at home. Strong-willed, kind, and endlessly giving, Roxanne’s heart is as warm as they come.

Her favorite winter memories include making snow angels and having snowball fights, but nothing tops the Christmases spent with family🎄

And in Roxanne’s book, winter just wouldn’t be winter without a big cup of hot chocolate and a bowl of homemade vegetable soup ☕🥣❄️
