☀️😀Happy Days! We are back in the yoga studio this week! Classes are Tuesday at 10:30, Wednesday at 4:15 & Friday at 11.
Curious to try yoga? We have modifications for all fitness level. In this week's classes the operative word is "slow". 😀🧘‍♀️

URGENT! MAJOR UPDATE!! Leaking problem is being fixed as we speak. Carpet needs to be cleaned so no yoga next week. We will resume classes July 8! Any question, please give me a call! Now it's time for Breath of Joy!

The water damage on the floor above the dropped ceiling is extensive. Dale said, "the space you rent will be unavailable". Jim's scan is tomorrow to see if the chemo & radiation did anything for his two cancers.
Next week we will address possibilities. Heartfelt thanks for you support.
