NEW SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

We’re excited to officially introduce Injury Rehab & Personal Training at Frye Chiropractic & Sports Rehab.

This is where rehab meets strength and performance.

If you’re dealing with:
🔹 Low back, knee, shoulder pain, etc.
🔹 Old injuries that never fully healed
🔹 Weakness, tightness, or limited mobility
🔹 Wanting to get stronger without getting hurt

We’ve got a plan that will help. Our programs are designed to increase range of motion, increase strength and decrease symptoms.

Over the past few years of doing chiropractic care I’ve found that patients, and athletes, compensate faster than you could ever imagine. When they have a muscle that is not firing correctly other muscles will work harder to help keep them moving. We have athletes with tight hamstrings all the time and the go to answer is to stretch the hamstring but perhaps the hamstring is only tight because the glutes, low back and abdominal muscles are not firing correctly. It is these compensation patterns that lead to all kinds of dysfunction and symptoms. Instead of just stretching the muscle that is sore or tight we get to the root cause and reshape their movements to make the person move correctly.

Included is a two-week stretching and exercise program, with every stretch featuring a picture and detailed explanation.

If you get started and feel like you need more guidance, just lets us know. I can adjust the program to accommodate any pain or limitations you may be experiencing. Once you complete the two weeks, send me a message and we can progress you into a month-long program.
