💥INTRODUCING Dr. David Bloodworth, the Owner and Clinic Director of FreeForm West Plano 💥
Dr. Bloodworth began his academic journey at Houston Baptist University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Sports Management. He later pursued advanced studies in physical therapy at the University of Southern California’s (USC) Division of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy before earning his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Parker University College of Chiropractic.
As a former NCAA Division 1 baseball player, he personally experienced the challenges of injuries and recovery, which fueled his passion to make a positive impact on the lives of others. This created a desire for him to pursue a career where he could make a difference in his community and all walks of life.
Dr. Bloodworth has worked with multiple professional and college athletes, focusing on the prevention and recovery of sports-related injuries. He has also provided care to multiple 5A-6A high schools in the Frisco and Plano, TX areas, supporting student-athletes’ health and performance. With his focus in neuroanatomy and neuroscience, Dr. Bloodworth delivers highly specialized care tailored to the unique needs of his patients.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Bloodworth is a corporate wellness speaker, helping organizations enhance the health and well-being of their employees. Through engaging presentations and practical strategies, he educates corporate teams on injury prevention, stress management, and lifestyle improvements that can boost productivity and reduce absenteeism. By empowering employees with knowledge and actionable steps, he helps foster a healthier, more energized workforce that benefits both individuals and the organization as a whole.
Today, Dr. Bloodworth is passionate about chiropractic and rehabilitative care and is enthusiastic about helping others toward a healthy lifestyle. His goal is to guide his patients toward optimal wellness, empowering them to live active, pain-free lives.
