This is a must watch for all women, especially anyone over 35. Just like we all go through puberty, we ALL will go through the menopause transition. There is still a lot of research to be done, but we know so much more about how to ease women through this transition and how to keep us strong and healthy into our latter decades of life. Please share with every woman you know!

I'm so excited to share that I have passed the exam and am now a Menopause Society Certified Specialist! Woohoo!!!🥳🎉
https://bcert.me/svvnirrra .. going through perimenopause personally I realized how little we were taught during OBGYN residency about this HUGE change in life that affects women's health in an enormous way. The Menopause Society has helped to fill in those gaps of knowledge and help me take better care of myself and my patients.
If you are a woman over 35 years old (Or if you have a loved one who is going though perimenopause and menopause) I strongly recommend reading The New Menopause by Mary Claire Haver, MD and The Menopause Brain by Lisa Mosconi, PhD.
