✨Important Update Concerning our new App✨

Some of our Carrollton patients have expressed concerns about the link we sent to their phone to access our new app and platform, Nimble. We want to assure you that this link is secure and HIPAA-compliant, sent directly from our Pharmacy Plus software.

We understand the hesitation with clicking links in today's digital world, but please know this is legitimate and coming directly from us. To use the platform's messaging feature to communicate with our staff, you'll need to click this link to verify your identity.

To help you know what to expect, we've included two photos below. The first image shows the initial text message with the link, and the second shows the page you'll be directed to for messaging.

The only number that will ever send you messages from us is 39143. This number will not change.

***For the best experience, we encourage you to download the Nimble app. You can find the download links in the comments below.

Remember, our messaging feature is two-way. You can access the message thread through the app or the link we sent you to communicate with our staff. While a refill capability feature is coming soon, you can still use the messaging feature in the app to send us any refill requests.***
