Find the recipe below👇🏻:
Yields: 4 pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Ragi flour
- 1/4 cup Flax seeds powder
- 1 egg
- 1 scoop Collagen powder
- 1/2 cup chopped veggies of choice (spinach, onions & mushrooms)
- Spices of choice (turmeric, chili powder, cumin)
- Sea salt to taste
- 1/8 cup chopped cilantro
- Water as needed
- Olive oil spray (for cooking)
Method:
In a mixing bowl, combine the ragi flour, flax powder, collagen, egg, and chopped veggies. Add your spices, salt, and cilantro. Gradually pour in water and whisk until you reach a smooth, pourable batter consistency. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly spray with olive oil. Pour a portion of the batter, cook until the edges lift, flip, and cook until golden brown. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve warm!

👇Here is how I finally made it stick:
✨ I built a slow-fade system. I didn't trash my entire pantry on a Monday morning. I replaced the cereal first. Then the salad dressings. Then the snacks. Those slow changes are what created my permanent habits.
✨ I stopped the all or nothing talk. The fear of never eating a chip again is what keeps most people stuck. I moved from telling myself I can't have that so I’m choosing something better for my body.
✨ I focused on crowding out. Instead of a scary, restrictive detox, I just committed to adding one whole food to every single meal. Eventually, the good stuff naturally pushed the processed stuff off my plate.
✨ I found my way beyond the scale. I didn't do it just to lose five pounds. I did it because I was tired of the brain fog, the midday energy crashes, and the long lists of ingredients I couldn't even pronounce.
