Here’s a yoga pose for Easter, you can try. 🐰🐇
Rabbit Pose (or sasangasana) lengthens the spine and stretches the back, arms, and shoulders (please don’t try if you have injury in those areas). You can place a blanket under your knees and/or head for cushioning.
