Silent A photography is an on-location portrait, wedding, event, and commercial photography business. Emphasis on storytelling, authenticity, emotion, capturing cherished moments. Their approach is to build genuine connections so that the images feel like the real people in them. The business is owned by Ambera Dodson (pronounced “Amber”). Ambera is based in the Truckee / Tahoe area (including Lake Tahoe, Truckee, Reno, and Sacramento) in California / Nevada region. Ambera has over 15 years of experience in photography.

The Reno Wedding Festival welcomes Twenty Mile House of Graeagle, CA. to the September 28, Veils, Tails & Cocktails, Virtual Show and November 2, 2025, Reno Bridal & Beauty Expo at the Grand Sierra Resort. It’s a private, exclusive eco-estate on about 200 acres in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The property date There are multiple ceremony sites — forest, garden, and river settings. The landscape includes woods, creeks (like Jackson Creek), gardens, cottonwood trees, and rustic, historic buildings. The property dates back to 1854, originally a stagecoach stop and trading post. Over the years it’s undergone transformations and renovations but retains much of its historic character.

The Reno Wedding Festival welcomes the Grand Sierra Resort Spa to the September 28, Veils, Tails & Cocktails, Virtual Show and November 2, 2025, Reno Bridal & Beauty Expo at the Grand Sierra Resort. The Grand Wedding Chapel is part of the Grand Sierra Resort & Casino. The aesthetic is elegant and classic: creamy whites, neutral tones, softly glowing chandeliers, candlelight accents. It’s designed to be customizable so you can make it traditional, casual, or somewhere in between. There are also dedicated spaces for prep: a Bride’s Lounge (and often a Groom’s Lounge) so the wedding party has a place to relax, dress, take photos, etc., before the ceremony.
