The American Heart Association just released NEW CPR guidelines—and I’m teaching them for the first time! Whether you’re learning for the first time or need a refresher, this hands-on class will give you the confidence and skills to respond when it matters most.

What You’ll Learn: CPR, AED, and First Aid with the latest 2024 guidelines

When: Saturday, November 22nd 10am-4pm (includes 30-minute lunch break)

Where: First United Methodist Church 200 N Division St, Carson City

Investment: $90 per person for full CPR/AED and First Aid certification

Who Should Attend: This class is open to the public—parents, coaches, teachers, caregivers, or anyone who wants to be prepared to help in an emergency.

I'm looking for a few volunteers to help out our community with disaster training. You would act as an injured and alive victim. No skiing, acting, or medical experience necessary. Any age except very young children is needed. Two different Sundays at Heavenly Ski Resort (Oct 26 and Nov 9, 10am-1230pm); help at one or both!
