Woohoo! Let’s give a round of applause to Candise for landing the Manager Position in Carson! ( She Started as a Zumba Student back in 2012 to Booking a Pole Party in 2018 to working her way in as a Volunteer to R&D Graduate, Receptionist to Flexibility / Pole Instructor in 2022. Trusting the process is what Candise is all about. She’s truly a shining star in our R&D Family. We can’t wait to see her passion and dedication continue to shine bright with our students and staff.

✊🏾This month is BLACK HISTORY MONTH and I would like to acknowledge my husband and I!!! We’re the PROUD owners of Romance And Dance Pole Aerobics Inc.” I remember starting our pole dancing studios over two decades ago and someone told us, “We will NEVER be successful because we were BLACK!” Every time I wanted to quit or give up, that’s all I would hear in my head. Sometimes I feel we do not give ALL OF OUR entrepreneurs the credit they deserve because everyone sees how good you are doing on social media and we never post the struggles! But, guess what? WE STRUGGLE, just like anyone else, and we go BROKE just like anyone else. Being a BOSS is not what you have! Being a BOSS is how you handle situations and how you make people feel! They always ask us, “WHY ARE YALL ALWAYS WORKING?” The real answer is, “We can’t STOP working because we are responsible for too many people! Babe I just want you to know with out you there’s NO WAY we could have 3 studios… and Thank You… for always knowing what to say to get me BACK Motivated, Love YOU 😘 and Happy Black History Month !!! ✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿
