Sometimes the best comfort foods are also the simplest! This week we’re spotlighting a delicious and hearty dish that’s perfect for sharing: Baked Sweet Potato with Chicken & Cheese. 🌟

At Comfort Keepers, we know that meals are more than nourishment — they’re moments of love, tradition, and joy. Recipes like this are easy to make, satisfying to eat, and full of flavor that warms both the body and the spirit. 💚

✨ Try it at home with this simple recipe:
Ingredients:
• 2 medium sweet potatoes
• Salt (to taste)
• 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
• 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
• Sour cream (for topping)
• 1 tomato, diced

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash sweet potatoes and bake for 45–50 minutes until tender.
2. Slice each potato lengthwise down the middle and gently fluff the inside with a fork. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
3. Add a layer of shredded cheese, followed by shredded chicken.
4. Top with another sprinkle of cheese, then return to oven for 5–7 minutes until melted and bubbly.
