Every day I am grateful for little things, big things, and everything in between. Gratitude is the appreciation of valuable, meaningful aspects of life not just physical items. It fosters improved mental health, lowers stress (cortisol), and creates stronger relationships. Easy ways to express it include keeping gratitude journals, sending thank-you notes, meditating, and savoring small joys. Shifting mindsets from lack to abundance makes your body recognize all the good things (even when it’s not so great). 💜
