Doctors Itka, Willnette and Michael all completed the Atlanta Hyrox this past weekend.

It’s a very challenging competition with 8 stations that include - sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jump, row, farmers carry, sand bag lunges, and 100 wallballs. They also run about 6 miles in between each station.

DT likes to have fun and joke around but we have some seriously impressive athletes too!! So when we say we know sports injuries, this proves we do!
