When a caregiver in the early stages of her IVF pregnancy learned that an expensive, critical medication was suddenly no longer covered by insurance, she turned to Mary Sarrazin, Sr. Benefits Specialist, for help. There are several opportunities to share your talents or resources, such as:
•Administrative : Support hospice office operations, "tuck in" phone calls, pen pal.
•Direct Patient Support : Visit patients one-on-one - companionship (non-clinical)
•Professional : Share a special skillset or credential you have with patients and families. (Hair Stylist, Pet Therapy, Reiki)
