What a year.

We went from being a mobile business to having a brick and mortar!

The transition was scary.

What we did not expect was the overwhelming love and support we received during this phase. There will never be the right words to express how it felt to see family, friends, clients and local business owners come alongside us to help this business thrive.

What was once a dream, became a reality for us this past year. The dream of treating patients one on one, developing relationships and providing the care they needed- whatever that meant. What a joy it has been to walk so many seasons of life, and provide a space for laughter, tears, and healing. We are so incredibly grateful to every person who trusted us with not only their physical care, but emotional and spiritual as well.

The deepest and most genuine thank you to everyone who helped person who was a part of this journey in 2025. We cannot wait to see what 2026 will bring!

I’m Alyssa! I’m a lover of the outdoors and people. Being active is incredibly important to me. I care deeply about the relationships in my life and value being actively engaged in those relationships. I have worked with professional level athletes, post-surgical patients, postpartum and prenatal moms, and seasoned adults with balance impairments. With ten years of experience under my belt, I’m ready and willing to help our community thrive.

I opened Tend and Release Physical Therapy and Wellness to fill a missing gap in our healthcare system. Making appointment’s is challenging when there is a lot going on at home.

Additionally, I see the value in treating people one one one. Having my entire focus on one patient helps me to fully understand and engage with their pain drivers and help improve their strength.

Lastly, nothing is worse than receiving medical bills for hundreds of dollars long after discharge from care.
