Meet our Massage Therapist:

Gail Bauer: Owner, Massage Therapist, GA License # MT000954

Training: In 2003, I graduated from the Academy of Somatic Healing Arts which featured a western approach to massage with emphasis on pain relief through neuromuscular therapy. Later, I also studied Pregnancy Massage, Corrective Bodywork, Integrative Reflexology, and Spontaneous Muscle Release to better serve my client family. Practice Philosophy: I believe that massage should be a nurturing experience that feels comforting and is effective - after all you want to know you've had a massage, right? Why I do what I do: I practice massage therapy because I have seen how it helps people both mentally and physically, and I feel privileged to facilitate that kind of self healing. About me: My husband Peter and I enjoy camping, gardening and playing card games with friends. We moved away from Cartersville while I went to massage school, but came right back. My first location was inside Ladies Fitness and Health (3yrs), then 12 S. Erwin for nearly 6 yrs and 12 Nelson Street ever since. I used to decorate cakes at Publix and I still love to play with food.
