Just as every snowflake is unique, every sleeper has their own needs when it comes to support and comfort. The right pillow can be the unsung hero of a good night’s sleep, keeping your spine aligned and your dreams sweet.

Let’s explore the pillow paradise and find your perfect match!

1. Back Sleepers: The Balanced Dreamer

Look for a medium-thick pillow – firm enough to hold your head, but soft enough to avoid any unnatural elevation. Memory foam or orthopedic pillows can be great companions for back dreamers.
