Okay real talk. 😬
I currently have 76 tabs open in my brain.
ADHD people — you already know. For everyone else: imagine your laptop is running 76 browser tabs simultaneously, three of them are playing different videos, none of them are muted, and you have somehow lost the tab you actually needed. That is my baseline. 🖥️😂
One of those tabs has been an entire Wellness Wednesday educational series I’ve been building in my head for months. Hormones. MCAS. Brain fog. Moody AF one minute and totally fine the next — yeah, we’re covering that too. 👀
The clinical brain is fully loaded. What I do not have is a starting point.
Normally I would ask Sam — our nurse, The Farmer, the only human being who has ever come close to managing my ducks. She gave up on keeping them in a row a long time ago. These days she is just trying to keep them all on the same farm. 🦆
Meanwhile, Sam is elbow-deep in actual patient care — exactly where she thrives.
So I did what any reasonable person with 76 tabs open would do.
I consulted Raegan. 👶
Raegan is 6 months old and has already logged more clinical hours at SI Vitality than some people twice her age. She has sat in consult rooms. She has attended patient education sessions. The girl knows more about hormones and histamine intolerance than most adults — and her face will absolutely let you know she has opinions about all of it.
She basically runs this place. She just can’t sign the notes yet.
We are eagerly awaiting her verbal feedback. HR says we cannot officially count her hours until she can hold a pen. Bureaucracy is wild. 😂
So until Raegan gets her credentials sorted — I’m outsourcing this decision to the next most trustworthy group I know.
You. 👇
🗳️ Vote in the poll — what does Wellness Wednesday cover first?
∙ 🧬 Hormones — because they run everything. Your mood, your focus, your brain, your patience, your sleep — not just your libido. We are talking full neurochemical command center, and when they are off, everything is off. (The completely unfiltered version is coming on Hot Mess Rx. For now I am being professional. 😂)
∙ 🫧 MCAS & Histamine Intolerance — for everyone whose body seems to have declared war on itself and nobody explained why. The bucket theory. The bizarre symptoms. Why you react to everything, feel like you are falling apart, and have been told your labs are normal anyway.
∙ ⚡ NAD+ & Cellular Energy — for the people who do everything right and still feel exhausted, foggy, and depleted. We are going into how NAD+ works at the mitochondrial level, why your micronutrients matter more than your multivitamin label suggests, and why your genes — specifically your methylation pathways — may be quietly running the whole show. If you have ever been told your MTHFR gene is not a big deal, we need to talk.
∙ 🧠 Neurodivergent Health — ADHD, autism, and why perimenopause can feel like your ADHD suddenly multiplied by ten overnight. The hormonal, neurological, and body system connections that nobody is talking about — but absolutely should be.
∙ 💉 Peptide Therapy — what the actual clinical evidence says, how these compounds work at the cellular level, who they are for, and why it is nothing like what TikTok told you.
∙ 🏋️ GLP-1 & Metabolic Health — why these medications actually work biologically, the diabetes connection including the late adult onset autoimmune version most people have never even heard of (Diabetes type 1.5), nutrition strategy, and why muscle preservation is the part of this protocol nobody is telling you about.
