Our program was referenced from our TOPS News magazine by Wayne Frederick: Getting Personal- One man’s descriptive writing of his weight loss journey. A similar story we can all identify with.
A group discussion was had on what was one thing we changed last week or added to our lifestyle that was a positive toward our weight loss journey. We heard a variety of activities that were effective and will be continued.
