Curious about gluten-free living? Join us for a hands-on Gluten-Sensitive Class at Memorial Hospital’s Health & Wellness Teaching Kitchen on Thursday, June 18 at 10:30 AM!

Led by Memorial Hospital dietitian Jennifer Soucie, this interactive class gives you the chance to “try before you buy” a variety of gluten-free foods, including pasta, bread, crackers, and pizza. Participants will also prepare simple recipes to pair with gluten-free products and take recipes home to enjoy later.
